Peapack-Gladstone is a borough in Somerset County, NJ and part of the New York metropolitan area. The Peapack portion of its name is believed to have been derived from “Peapackton,” a Lenape term meaning “marriage of waters,” while Gladstone was named in honor of British Prime Minister William Ewart Gladstone. The population was approximately 2580 in 2010.
